24 Hours in Police Custody
“Might be the greatest television programme ever made” Richard Osman, The Rest is Entertainment
“The most compelling series on television” The Telegraph
Using a combination of fixed-rig and single camera filming, this series provides unprecedented access to some of the UK’s most dramatic police investigations – showing each case in extraordinary and compelling detail. The films unfold as real-life crime thrillers, but they also tackle pressing social issues like knife crime, human trafficking and domestic violence.
Now in its eighth year, 24 Hours in Police Custody is both critically acclaimed and more popular with audiences than ever.
Winner of two Televisual Bulldog Awards for Best Documentary Series in 2016 and Best Fixed Rig in 2017, as well as a nomination in 2015 for Best Editing. 24 Hours in Police Custody has also been nominated for a BAFTA Award for Best Factual Series in 2017 and a BAFTA Craft for Editing & Director in 2015, and RTS Craft & Design Award in 2020 for Multicamera Work.
