Spencer joined The Garden in June 2012 and has executive produced nearly 200 hours of programming including The Midwives Series 2 (BBC2), The Motorway: Life in the Fast Lane (BBC2), On the Yorkshire Buses and 10,000 BC (C5), Sun, Sea & Surgery (C4), numerous series of 24 Hours in A&E (C4) and most recently three seasons of Emergency (C4)

Prior to that he worked as a freelance producer director on programmes such as Faking it (C4), Ramsay’s Kitchen Nightmares (C4) and Wife Swap USA (C4) before series producing programmes for all the major broadcasters including Titanic: The Mission and Hidden Talent (C4).
