Chief Operating Officer

Fee joined the company in March 2023 as COO. She works in partnership with CEO John Hay to lead The Garden, taking particular responsibility for the business and operations side of the company, ensuring that creative and commercial strategies are aligned, and working closely with the Senior Team to ensure all Garden projects are successfully developed and delivered.

Fee has over 25 years of creative management and production experience across unscripted and scripted, working with many terrestrials and streamers. She was previously a Programme Finance Manager at The Discovery Channel and ran the factual department at Tiger Aspect, as well as running her own consultancy practice, The Public Square. There, she helped to set up/ transition new indies including Story Films and Expectation Factual, working closely with BBC Studios Factual, Big Deal Films, Raw, and Netflix – and did an early stint at The Garden, where she was proud to be part of the team behind the BAFTA-winning Bedlam.
