Andrea has worked as a producer on several award-winning documentary series, both inside and outside The Garden. From 24 hours in A&E & Police Custody to Ambulance (BBC), to Grierson award winning, The Restaurant that Makes Mistakes (C4). 

After years of maintaining strong relationships with contributors and understanding how productions work, her ability and enthusiasm for listening and bringing out the best in people made Talent Executive a natural move. She is dedicated to finding the best people in the industry and helping create a more diverse and inclusive workplace.
