How do you identify talent and develop staff?

“We identify and develop talent across all our slate, but in 24 Hours In A&E and 24 Hours In Police Custody, we have two extraordinary talent incubators. On Custody, many of our strongest female producers and APs have made the jump to their first directing job.

As for A&E, the current series is the result of a three-year programme to move it to Leeds and Nottingham, so it can do the same job for talent in the Midlands and the North that it has in London.”
