Mediators come to the aid of young people who risk being thrown out of home by their parents due to persistent bad behaviour.

Among the participants are 16-year-old Charlotte, who threw a party that turned out to be the final straw; 14-year-old Tyler, whose mother is threatening to have social services take him away for a second time; and teenage sisters Viviana and Stephanie, who struggle to go a day without coming to blows.
